Updating the EZ-RC Conduit software on your PC

When you login and connect to the EZ-RC software online, you may see a message
 that tells you to close all Internet Explorer windows so that the software can
be updated.
This will happen whenever a new version of the EZ-RC conduit software, which you
originally downloaded from the discs in the Custom Series (C2/C3) remote box to your
computer, require a version update.

1. Connect your Custom Series (C2/C3) remote to the computer using the
     USB cable provided.
 
2. Close ALL Internet Explorer windows, even the one with the message, until all you
    see is the desktop of your computer.

3. When all windows are closed the update process should begin.

4. If for some reason the process does not begin..
   
  a. Right-Click on the EZ-RC icon in your "tool tray" at the botton right  corner 
      of yor computer.
     {The EZ-RC icon is a green square with white arrows pointing to the left and right}

  b. Choose "Check For Updates"

  c. Small pop-up will say, "An update to EZ-RC is available, Would you like to 
      update now?

  d. Click on "Yes"

  e. You will see a status bar telling you that the update is in progress. When it is done
       hit "Finish"  and everything will dissapear.

  f.  Right Click again on the EZ-RC icon in the "tool tray" and choose
      "Launch EZ-RC website". 

  g. Log in to your account and you will be able to program your configuration 
      normally.
